Our in-house Social Work Team is built around quality practice, professional leadership and a culture of continuous improvement. We place reflective practice, evidence-based assessment and collaborative planning at the core of what we do – ensuring every child, young person and family receives support that is timely, appropriate and impactful.
Strong Practice Leadership
Our service is overseen by our experienced Head of Social Work who provides strategic direction, governance oversight and professional leadership.
Working alongside this role is a network of Regional Social Work Practice Managers who guide local delivery, support our social work team and maintain consistent standards across our centres.

Each region benefits from integrated leadership that supports assessments, case progression and engagement with our children, young people and families.
Regional Practice Managers work closely with our Social Workers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure:

Our Social Work Academy provides development, training and mentoring for the whole team, including our newly qualified Social Workers (AYSE).

- Legal Reassurance: Reports benefit from Family Law Practitioner oversight where appropriate, supporting court settings.
